We define the word ”Bullet-Proof“ as a ”Defense Mechanism“. The word ”Bullet“ represents denying, stress, and anxiety that came to you and is hard to get rid of. In this case, Defense Mechanism is Mental process that automatically prevents or reduces internal conflict. Conflict within the mind here is the state of mental imbalance, the restless feeling we try to avoid by using ”Defense Mechanism“
